Hello all,
These exercises sound helpful to lessen eye fatigue though I have not personally taken them yet but my question is that if these exercises too effective to reduce eye strain, why physicians and medical practitioners prescribe medicines and eye drops to patients. I wonder these exercise cost nothing but the medicines are too expensive to buy.

Hello all,
It seams as if blog is too young to receive many comments. Anyhow, these exercises sound helpful to lessen eye fatigue though I have not personally taken them yet; but my question is that if these exercises too effective to reduce eye strain, why physicians and medical practitioners prescribe medicines and eye drops to patients. I wonder these exercise cost nothing but the medicines are too expensive to buy.
Sorry for inconvenience caused by my duplicate post. I don't know how to delete previous one.

Hello "Anonymous"
You are right this blog is new and seeks your feedback.
As far as your question regarding effectiveness of eye exercises and medial prescription is concerned, let me apprise you that "prevention is better than cure".
These exercise effectively mitigate effect of day long laborious work but in case you suffer from a sever eye syndrome, you have to consult your physician and take back upon his/her prescription.
I personally feel we should avoid taking medicine for problems we can cure by taking exercise and/or prescribed nutrition.
I am sure it works. -

@ Hassan!
I understand "prevention is better than cure" but please give a thought to your last sentence, are you sure we should not take medicines?

I don't mean we should not take medicine. In fact my point of view is to avoid excessive use of medicines. Why to take a medicine if a body disorder can be cured simply by taking proper diet and regular exercise. Medicines do have side effects but diet and/or exercises don't have :)

Well, I don't think a doctor ever prescribes excessive medicine. It is his duty to prescribe what a patient exactly needs. Therefore I don't feel anything wrong to take medicine for a body disorder.
